What are your standard payment terms for bulk OEM orders?

We typically operate on a 30% T/T deposit to initiate customized production, with the remaining 70% balance due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or prior to final factory dispatch.

Do your bottles exhaust hazardous ozone and chlorine byproducts?

Our SPE/PEM cell is designed to separate byproduct gases during operation. Request model-specific output and test data before making market or performance claims.

What is your warranty policy for the core electrolysis base?

We provide a comprehensive 12-month commercial warranty on the SPE/PEM base component. In the rare event of functional failure, we supply free replacement modules in your next shipment.

Can we order customized branded samples before mass production?

Absolutely. We offer premium sample prototyping services. We can laser-etch your corporate logo onto the titanium plate or bottle collar to ensure alignment with your brand standards.

Which international shipping incoterms do you support?

We standardly support FOB Xiamen, EXW, and CIF terms. Additionally, for qualified premium buyers, we can coordinate DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to ensure smooth, door-to-door logistics.

How do you package bulk shipments to prevent transit damage?

Every bottle is protected in a customized shockproof EVA foam insert and premium retail gift box, then packed into heavy-duty 5-layer corrugated master cartons reinforced with waterproof strapping.
