How Does Hydrogen Water Work?
Hydrogen-rich water contains dissolved molecular hydrogen gas, H2. It is not the same as alkaline water. Its scientific identity is the dissolved-gas concentration at the time of drinking, not pH, bubble count, oxidation-reduction potential, or the phrase “nano bubbles.” Hydrogen is small, volatile, and easily lost after generation.
